Sarah VanDyk

Sarah has lived in Mexico most of her adult life, working in orphanages and serving children and families in need. Sarah has since adopted several Mexican children of her own. She is currently working with FHI at a grassroots level to help develop and support foster care in her area of Mexico!
Alinda and Chris Rusu
National Directors, Romania
Alinda and Chris share a passion for seeing the young generation saved, equipped and changing the world for Jesus. Their hearts go out for the orphans, the abandoned and the physically and spiritually hungry people of Romania.
Debbie West
National Director, South Africa
Debbie has been on staff with FHI/CAIRD South Africa since 2013. She lives in Amanzimtoti, South Africa. Debbie has extensive experience in working with children and has also adopted children of her own.
Jason Kiriaka
President, Romania Liaison
Jason has been a member of the FHI board since 2012. He lives in High River, Alberta. As an avid cyclist, Jason organizes one of our main fundraiser's - the CFH2 Bikeathon.
Benson Klumpenhower
Vice President, South Africa Liaison
Benson lives in Calgary, Alberta. He has been intrigued for a number of years by Father's House International's philosophy of orphan care. He has served in missions and on church boards, raised children of others, and is eager to contribute to the Board of FHI.
Jennifer Mann
Secretary
Jennifer has been a member of the FHI board since 2006. She and her family lived in Romania for a time. She now lives in Calgary, Alberta.
Elaine Brassard

Jason has been a member of the FHI board since 2020. She lives in Edmonton, Alberta. Elaine has served in many roles with FHI. She is especially passionate about our family camps!!
Leah Johnson
Executive Director
Leah comes from a background in ministry, missions and preventative social services. She has adopted children of her own and is passionate about sharing God’s hope in the world.
Leslie Stewart
Office Administrator, Edmonton
Leslie has a beautiful heart for this ministry and has experience working with children from unique backgrounds and needs. Leslie is a long time friend to Father's House and was there when the first child was welcomed in Romania.
